Ø  “12 O’clock High Leadership”~ Attendees watch portions of the Academy Award Winning 1949 film, then participate in a facilitated discussion on leadership concepts. The presentation is based on a novel model he adapted from the U.S. Army leadership training program

 

Ø“The Art of Mentoring: Strategies to Keep a Leadership Vacuum from Swallowing Your Department and “OODA Loop: Orienting to Keep the Marbles in the bag” ~ The mentoring presentation speaks to the program he developed in Charleston and the OODA Loop is a concept that addresses a thought process to gain the upper hand in high stress situations
